John Prudhont earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree in Finance from Louisiana State University, Shreveport and graduated with academic honors and membership in the Sigma Iota Epsilon (SIE) Honorary Professional and Business Fraternity. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from California State University, Sacramento and graduated with honors on the Dean's Honor List. He also studied contract law and personal property law at Lincoln Law School in Sacramento, California.

Eileen Prudhont earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University and earned the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
