Dr. John Prudhont is the Co-Founder and Managing Member of The Business Brokers, LLC in Nevada and Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of The Business Brokers, Inc. in California. With more than 35 years of experience in entrepreneurship, finance, business brokerage, lending, real estate, and executive leadership. He has advised business owners, investors, and management teams across a wide range of industries.

His professional experience includes serving as a Chief  Financial Officer, Chief Executive Officer, President, Vice President, Treasurer, Managing Member, Business Broker, Real Estate Broker,  Mortgage Loan Originator, entrepreneur and university professor.  This broad background allows him to evaluate opportunities from the perspective of ownership, operations, finance, lending, and transaction strategy.

Dr. J earned a Doctor of Business Administration in Financial Management from National University, an MBA in Finance from Louisiana State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from California state University, Sacramento.

In addition to his business advisory work, Dr. J previously served as an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University, Teaching economics and management courses and helping students develop practical business and financial skills.
