Lesha specializes in land development, multifamily investments, and commercial sales & leasing across office, retail, and industrial sectors. She connects buyers and sellers across state lines, combining city planning, project management, and marketing expertise to deliver real-world solutions and exceptional outcomes.
A fifth generation San Diegan and active community leader, Lesha has held numerous leadership roles in civic, real estate, and nonprofit organizations.
Lesha partners with her husband, a top residential advisor also with The Business Brokers, LLC., to help clients and their families find their forever home in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She is licensed in both California and Nevada and continues to travel nationwide to complete deals and create opportunities for her clients.
With a passion for education, the arts, and community impact, Lesha has provided over $110K in grants and created programs for K-12 and collegiate students. She remains committed to making a difference and growing mentally and spiritually.
